The Drawback special regime it’s an export incentive that reduces the tax burden on purchasing raw material, national or imported, to the production destined to exports with suspension, restitution or exemption of taxes and duties incidents in the transaction.
Drawback is the regime that allows to acquire imported or national inputs necessary to the manufacture of exported products with the suspension or exemption of incident tax/duties
The special Drawback regime is granted to industrial or commercial companies, exempting or suspending the Import Tax - II, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, and Additional Freight for the renewing of the Merchant Marine – AFRMM, in accordance with the current legislation, exempting or suspending the IPI, PIS/PASEP and COFINS in national inputs case, by the national law terms.

Customs Clearance Of Import And Export Processes
The requirement of customs clearance in import and export is necessary in order to register the cargo in the system of the Federal Revenue of Brazil, as well as to provide the relevant documents to the process. A Customs Broker duly registered in Federal Revenue of Brazil system performs the procedure. AGE provides services of consulting, forward and follow-up for the application process for the ex-tariffs concession in the import process. Ex-tariff is a tariff concession that reduces the Import Tax rate of capital goods (BK) and computer goods (BIT) to 0% for the items that there is not production in Brazil. This is an excellent benefit, especially since this reduction has an impact on the various subsequent taxes.
The AGE provides consultancy services, forwarding and follow-up of the application procedures for qualifying companies in the automotive regime. The companies producing parts to the automotive and agricultural sector can benefit from reduction of the II (import tax) of the current rates to 8%.
Special Customs Regime
The Special Customs Regimes are foreign trade operations in which imports / exports enjoy tax benefits such as exemption, partial or total suspension of incidental taxes. Usually goods that remain in the country or leave the country temporarily, to be repaired, to exhibitions, to fairs, to service provision, to tests, materials for scientific purposes, composition of other goods, such as parts of finished product intended for export. In addition, the permanence of the goods in the scheme is linked to the purpose for which they were imported, exported or acquired on the domestic market.
In these cases, AGE COMEX follows all steps of the process, from the feasibility study, development, legislation, intervention agencies as well as in the special procedures.
Follow Up Report
AGE COMEX issues a daily report showing the status of each step in the import and export process. The report will be sent by email to the contact people previously informed by the customer.
The AGE provides services in the treatment of information, tax classification and data releases in the Integrated Foreign Trade of Services, intangible and other operations that cause changes in equity.
Siscoserv (the Portuguese acronym for "Integrated Foreign Trade System for Services, Intangibles and Other Operations that Produce Changes in Equity") is a computerized system used as a tool for the improvement of stimulus actions, formulation, monitoring and assessment of public policies related to services and intangibles, and guiding business strategies of foreign trade in services and intangibles.
All services, intangible and other transactions that cause changes in equity, sold or acquired from / to abroad (since 2012) must require a declaration in the Siscoserv system. The goods and / or merchandise operations are excluded. Incorrect or late posting records are subject to cumulative and monthly fines.
