Is the qualification of an individual or legal entity required to run the Integrated System of Foreign Trade (Siscomex), which is the system that allows to register import or export trades and the accreditation of its representatives to do activities related to customs clearance.

Such accreditation shall be done beforehand at the Brazilian Customs bureau (RFB).
